When you call or email, please provide the book number (located in the description), the title, author, and price. We will respond promptly with a confirmation that the book is available for purchase.
New Jersey customers are expected to pay 6.625% sales tax for their purchase.
Bee Creek Books accepts PayPal for all credit card purchases. Please note you do not need a PayPal account when you complete your transaction. We also accept personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders, but we do not ship until the check has officially cleared the bank.
All books are shipped USPS Media Mail, which takes anywhere from 4-14 days to deliver. International packages are shipped USPS First Class International Mail. If you would like to expedite the delivery by USPS Priority Mail or UPS, please let us know.
The fees for shipping and handling are:
* Within the United States: $3.75 for the first book, $1.00 for each additional book
* International: Depends on weight and location, please inquire when placing the order
* Insurance is not required, but can be included for an additional fee, if desired
Please note that additional fees may apply if the book is oversized or particularly heavy. You will be told of any extra charges before you confirm your order.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Bee Creek Books. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Orders may be returned within 10 days and in the same condition as received. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact Bee Creek Books before returning the item. You are responsible for the cost of shipping, handling and insurance for the return. Bee Creek Books is not responsible for damages that occur during the return shipping process, so please pack carefully. We highly recommend insuring your return for the full retail price of the item(s). If we have made an obvious mistake in the description of the item, we will refund the cost of return shipping.
Bee Creek Books reserves the right to refuse the refund of any item(s) that was not returned in good faith by the buyer, or if the merchandise has been damaged or altered in any way.
