Presented at the Annual Meeting of the Council of the Institute, Boston, May 14, 1887. 48 pp. Ex. lib. with library stamp imprint on front cover and front freepaper, and library tracking number at top of front cover. Water stain on spine, and browning to edges of paper. Cover edges are chipped and corners are bent. Top and bottom of spine are ripped exposing interior. Interior is tight. Overall document in Good condition.
