Spine ends are bent, fraying with sections missing. Chipping to uncut page edges. Both hinges broken and exposed. Gift inscription on front free endpaper. Two page folded map before title page. Interior has browning and foxing throughout. Book in Good- condition.

Otherwise interior is tight and Very Good. Samuel Griswold Goodrich (1793 - 1860) was an American author, better known under the pseudonym "Peter Parley".
